A lawyer and Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/C), Pascal practices primarily in the areas of technology, privacy, intellectual property and entertainment.

 

Aware of the scale of the investments and efforts required to create, innovate and protect oneself in business, Pascal is interested in resolving legal issues affecting the creation, protection and exploitation of intellectual and information assets.

 

He thus acts in various cases where he advises and represents in particular innovative firms, software publishers, content creators and online businesses. He also acts for companies and organizations of all kinds wishing to obtain or market works protected by copyright, IT solutions or other intangible resources.

 

As part of his practice, Pascal drafts, reviews and negotiates various commercial agreements and provides legal advice on proprietary technologies, e-commerce, software-as-a-service, domain names, copyright, trademarks, personal information, corporate knowledge and data, confidentiality policies and agreements, among others.
